We are a not for profit community development and training enterprise based in Wales and we exist to facilitate the full inclusion of disabled people and carers in community life.

We promote inclusion by:

• Working with key agencies to develop capacity for change  through  training courses, mentoring, support and development projects

• Facilitating Service Brokerage and Advocacy

• Development of Family Networks of Support

• Facilitate the development of community connecting projects

• Working collaboratively within the community to develop a Centre for Inclusive Living in West Wales.
