NOSDA (No One Should Die Alone)

We are initiating a new support for people dying alone in Pembrokeshire called NOSDA and we have received kind support and funding for a 12 month project from the Emergence Foundation, our sincere thanks to them.

The project will be developed in the Pembroke/Pembroke Dock and surrounding area and will support people dying alone (or with limited family networks) and who are living in a Care Home or in South Pembrokeshire District Hospital. The support will be provided by trained Volunteer Companions and our 1st intake of Volunteers in ongoing now and they will be ready to support people from April onwards.
